TERMINÉ
The project develops a database for follow-up of energy and water consumption in municipal buildings. Database created at the first phase in Finland includes at the starting point almost real-time follow-up data as well as trends in longer time-scale. The Estonian version created in the project will be introduced for the use on municipal and state-owned buildings in Estonia. The portal will be tested in Finnish-Estonian co-operation in relation to the new EU directive of energy classification for public buildings. The common trainings, conferences and seminars as well as the projects publicity measures will bring the local administration aboard to the climate and energy-saving activities.
