6-6 representatives (5-5 youth and 1-1 leader, altogether 30, mainly disadvantaged participants) from 5 countries (hungarian, spanish, croatian, slovakian, italian) visit the exchange in Debrecen (Szív Pansion) in the North Plain Region to could examine the factors of the youth which is causes their unsuccessful situation in the labour market and blocking them to integrate into the field of work. Thus they could find answers in a colorful cultural atmosphere by non formal learning tools, how can they prepare for these difficulties while they can get new experiences from each other and they can reorganize their experiences in new structure. Developing the situation of youths in the labor market is a very up to date topic in the European Union. We are processing this topic through presentations, workshops and situation games and the active participation of youngsters. There is a special priority give to the topic voluntarism - beside other program elements – as a tool of the successful integration into the labor market. At the end of the project the participants will make a together a"Labormaket book" where they collect all the information that how can you find a job. After the project we will take this publication for several school. The common programs allow the solidarity among the nationalities and make unobserved the commitment for Europe without borders. This project strenghtens the needs for personal connections, recognizes the needs for team work and the importance of the conscious lifestyle. A common feature the most of the methods that based on the activity of the participants, and provide an opportunity to thinking about this topic and develop their skills and competencies and also a good opportunity to process the experiences.
