The project “We have all the power we need to create the changes we want: an active citizenship simulation” will take place at The House Laboratory Cerquosino, located a few miles from Orvieto Italy, in a protected natural area, from the 22nd to the 29th of September 2015, traveling days 21st and 3th of september 2015.
The countries involved are: Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia and Italy. Attended by 24 young leaders and six leaders.
The international exchange We have all the power we need to create the changes we want: an active citizenship simulation” is an active citizenship simulation and involves the participation of young people with fewer opportunities, living or attend the volunteer centers , structures in which the youth worker who will partecipate at the training (”Cross the threshold and play the complexity: emotions for use" 2014-3-IT03-KA105-004694)work.
The main objective is to enable inclusion paths starting from the participants own specificity and needs, as an individual and as a group.
A further objective is to ensure that the gap of difference and resistance against the new and different is not as deep, in order to activate new models of inclusion, going against racism, sexism and xenophobic.
The exchange therefore aims to:
Enhance the resource youth by promoting and strengthening the opportunities for autonomy and proper leadership, taking the young man as the subject of planning and action.
Enhance the cultural and ethnic diversity.
Preventing delinquency and addictions.
Systematic involvement of stakeholders in the analysis of the results.
Adaptability to the times and ways of the personal characteristics of all the young involved.
Knowing how to promote the project actions.
Consider different points of view and bring them back to a shared synthesis .
Knowing how to anticipate obstacles and make decisions, make choices.
Enhance the constructive relationship with each other, perceived as a resource for both individual and social growth.
Competence in nonviolent management of the undeniable conflicts between different identities.
