Intercultural exchange "We are working on" will involve 20 participants and 4 gruop leaders from four EU countries: Italy, Croatia, Greece and Spain. The exchange will take place in Casapesenna in March 2016.Youth unemployment in recent years, has reached record levels in Italy and involved many other European countries becoming a phenomenon increasingly complex to manage.Our project aims to analyze this phenomenon starting from situation that young people live in different EU countries and outline the main problems that they face in their attempts to find employment.Starting from these critical issues we want to stimulate the participants to develop strategies to address them.Through workshops, debates, meetings, role plays and different methods of non formal education we want provide participants with useful tools to face a period of unemployment and implement strategies to the job placement, stimulate their initiative and creativity as a means of affirmation in labor market and to promote mobility as a tool to acquire skills they can use in the work environment.
