For this reason, this project was addressed to people who want to acquire skills and competences in this field, broaden their knowledge and their views towards their own professional practice and improve their incorporation to the working environment. The project consisted on an observation period in the UK and France. At a local level, the project will be coordinated by Light on the Path (Glasgow) and A.A.A.M.I. During the visits, participants have had the opportunity to become familiar with the structure of the organizations, the activities carried out, their target group, the methodology used, as well as the use of new technologies and other innovative methods. Thus, through non-formal education, the participants will acquire experience and practical knowledge that will serve them as a a good source of inspiration and will encourage them to continuously improve and search for innovation in their future tasks.
