The originally bilateral project – finally adopted only in Hungary – aimed to furtherdeepen the relationship of many years between the two schools. In this interest, amethodology conference was held for teachers; a vocational camp was organizedfor students in the Low Tatras, together with educational excursions both in Hungaryand Slovakia, and a summer camp in the Danube Bend of Hungary, with an averageof 40 participants each. Common lessons were also held using a software procuredthrough a project. A town celebration day at Alsózsolca and a village celebration dayat Pelsölc were organized for the inhabitants of the settlements. A fresh dash of colourof the project was represented by the water quality test kit procured and the scientifictests performed therewith on 31 occasions on the water of the River Sajó.
