"W dążeniu po sukces w Gastronomii- Staże w Austrii i Niemczech perspektywą zdobycia europejskich kwalifikacji"

The project entitled "In pursuit after success in Gastronomii- Internships in Austria and Germany to gain the prospect of European qualification" was directed for students enrolled in the job profile catering in Stanis?aw Staszic school in Grybów and in Ha?czowa. Centrum Wspierania Szko?-Europejskie Programy Edukacyjne as the managing authority has taken action to improve the situation of the educational and learning opportunities for students from our region, through the participation of young people in the European project.The project was realized by the After WER on the principles of the Erasmus +
The project gave the participants a great opportunity of professional experience in the specialized companies, enterprises in Austria (Carinthia) and Germany (Hamburg), so that participants could achieve good skills and acquire knowledge.
Our project has given the chance and the possibility of including students and schoolgirls, the reasons social and living conditions threatened a kind of social exclusion and marginalized. We wanted through project activities overcome the failures in science, which we have already managed to achieve. Sending institution and the foreign partners for the entire duration of the project monitored and recorded the learning achievements of learners of ECVET and checked knowledge, skills and competences acquired during mobility in Austria and Germany.
The completed project met the following objectives.
? 23 participants took 28-day internship abroad in small and medium-sized enterprises in Austria and in Germany, so that participants could gain and acquire new, professional, theoretical and practical skills and qualifications.
? During the professional practice has implemented the European Credit Transfer System for Vocational Education and Training (ECVET).
? The project supported the capabilities and abilities of students learning in the field of gastronomy, through foreign practices in the factories, companies, enterprises. Through participation in the project 4 students found jobs in companies catering and hospitality and some students decided that he would continue teaching in the later stages of education. For example, our students, we see that the project has already brought tangible results.
? was shown to all trainees, the importance of innovative ideas, especially in small and medium-sized enterprises, in order to be able to understand the expectations imposed by employers during the search for work. During the professional practice were supported by broad, creative ways of thinking, as well as the construction of a positive attitude to the systematic, continuous professional and personal development.
? Expanding and strengthening the cooperation between our institution and the partners from Austria, Germany, which resulted in the signing of partnership agreements for subsequent years, to mutual development for education.
? Enhancing the prestige of our institution, not only at local level but also at regional and international levels. Thanks to the actions we see greater interest in our institution by students of local self-government authorities of the time. During the project our institution filled with all the duties and act in accordance with the assumptions and punctuality. Thanks to the high quality we have gained recognition and we are now better reputation among participants and among partners.

Increased self-confidence of participants, they learned methods of working in a European, multicultural environment, have discovered a new professional development opportunities and increased their self-esteem. First of all, participants put their professional skills on the unique elements associated with the taught profession, broke the barrier of communicating in a foreign language in the workplace.
? communicated and propagated were among the participants of the project, vocational schools and students about the idea of program in the field of education and training of young people.
? disseminated were the results of the project activities in our region and was spread information that the project was funded POWER on the principles of the Erasmus program plus.
? Improvement of linguistic and cultural news, as well as develop their professional skills and competence through intercultural experience acquired abroad. The students significantly improved their professional skills linguistic and social skills.
Support Centre School-European Educational Programs sees that the completed project has an impact on the participants and all the actions undertaken and completed contributed, among others, down:
