This project is based on cooperation with our partnership school from Celle in Germany and on taking part of our teachers in accredited courses for teachers which are taken part by institutions with long-time experiences in education field. The main aim of the project is to enlarge language competence of faculty and its consequent impact on pupils by providing high-quality multilingual and multicultural education. We would like to apply acquired experiences and materials to improve our pedagogical skills. We suppose acquiring new experiences and improving of our teachers ´language competence. Acquired experiences will serve not only fot the teachers themselves but also for their pupils as a good example to study foreign language. The project is intended for English teachers whose target is not only improving their language skills but also gathering of new modern teaching methods. A Maths and Geography teacher will participate in English language course which will improve her language skills and at the same time it will increase language competence of faculty at all. A German teacher will take part in two-weeks job-shadowing at German partnership school so that she could be familiarised with teaching German and English at partnership school and with interesting teaching methods of foreign languages abroad. Another planed activities are acredited teachers ´ courses which are hold by by institutions with long-time experiences in education field. The main aim of these courses is getting to know new modern teaching methods and verifying of teachers´ language capabilities. The knowledge gained we will use to remove barriers in communication of our students and thereby we will try to contribute to their personal development and to expand their opportunities for future life. We are expecting that all the mobilities will be beneficial both ways like teachers like students. Teachers will be able to test their capabilities in practical way , they will acquire valuable information about education in foreign countries and they will be able to share these not only with their students but also with their collegues at home school. By their positive stand to self- culture teachers will be an example for their students. Because not for nothing is said "You should never stop studying".
