Develop a well functioned cross border network in the sphere of optic between universities, basic industry and information and communication industry. 2. Create a common platform for research. 3. Create possibilities for solving industrial measure technical problem. 4. Stimulate developing of new products and services for information and communication companies. 5. New business opportunities in information and communication on the global market. 6. Cross border triple helix cooperation in the region. 7. Expand network international foremost by taking part in FP7.
