The organization supports the employees in their efforts to obtain modern pedagogic knowledge and create new pedagogic practice in order to improve the existing preschool curriculum. Nursery teacher of our kindergarten obtained new professional knowledge and practical skills which in other countries are considered as qualitative, however, we did not know them yet in the kindergarten neither did we performed them systematically. We chose her because in the course of the training within her second-level master study of preschool education she addressed inadequate ways of solving conflict situations, besides, she wanted to upgrade her knowledge. Since we have already used a lot of various approaches when solving conflicts between different participants in the educational process and the staff are being trained constantly in this field and using different ways of solving, we still did not managed to reach all target groups, so we asserted new and more innovative approaches. Using the new method, we wanted to reach especially the marginal groups which due to different reasons are often excluded from the social dialogue or even do not respond to invitations for a dialogue, and we wanted to built up the key competences and skills of professional workers, encourage active and creative work in order to create new ideas in the field of education as well as encourage skills to develop logical (problem) situations, based on connecting different fields. In such way, we tried to contribute also to the awareness of professional workers in the fields of social environment, national culture, identity, multiculturality and for non-discriminativity. Our kindergarten wanted to equip the children with knowledge and skills for their life in the future, not only at the working place, but also for their personal growth, well-being and active co-operation in society. Therefore we wanted to find ways for the development of social and civil competences, with a special emphasis on interfield connections, such as critical thinking, creativity, taking initiatives, solving problems, making decisions, communication and constructive control of emotions. Besides, we also wanted to rise the intercultural consciousness and the consciousness of EU values as well as active citizenship. In order to realize the set aims we needed professional workers who are able to lead a constructive dialogue in critical situations, a safe, friendly environment and an atmosphere which will allow the progress of both, the children and the employees. In the kindergarten, the project created a more modern, dynamic, devoted and professional environment. Running this project, we also wanted to encourage more sensibility for social, language and cultural diversities, which increases the possibilities of professional development, motivation and contentment in the job routine of nursery teachers.
