The headmistress would like to take part in the ALM course to establish a longterm project at her school that can also be applied to different school types. It shall include motivation, the use of new media and technology, didactics and enhancement of lingual skills among teaching staff, the deepening of lingual abilities among teaching staff and the cooperation between partner businesses and pupils in order to ease the school - job transmission process. The headmistresses teaching quality shall be enhanced by target-oriented vocational training. Pupils will then be better prepared to develop the skills to live and communicate in a globalised world. The project will achieve a higher willingness among pupils and teaching staff to communicate with each other. Enhanced teaching of foreign languages affords highly developed skills of the teaching personell. Thus teachers can accompany pupils, i.e. in the area of vocational education, in times of increasing internationalisation. The demand for this orients itself at interdisciplinary, advanced knowledge of foreign languages and the knowledge of most recent teaching methods to offer pupils an utmost support.
