From MEe to US in Europe - Improve the individual und cooperative learning Our classes are very heterogenous. Unfortunately we don't have any assistant teachers. Our main task is to integrate all kids (children with migration backgrounds and special needs) so that they will not suffer disadvanteges in their future lives. The participant will talk about her experiences and will coach teacher trainings. Best practice is our target. We try to adapt the methods and processes observed in Finland to help the pupils with problems (special needs in behaviour or learning). Thus the German colleagues will learn new methods to teach the pupils individually and cooperatively. The teachers will organize a special day "WE in Europe". After that day the teachers will teach individually using new methods. Two months later we will evaluate the changes. The best methods will be integrated in the school curriculum. This way we hope to compensate for the disadvantages and to prepare the kids for a future in a global society.
