The impact of the economic crisis on the labour market is a common concern to all European countries. The recession has beaten harder the young people.VOSES project has promoted the entrepreneurial spirit of young people, with the assistance and expertise of retired or near to be volunteering mentors over 50, trough training and mentoring programme, based on:• An Online training course, of 8-9 modules with technical content in entrepreneurial world which was adapted from WTE course ("WTE: WOMEN TECHNOLOGY ENTREPRENEURS")• A mentoring programme, which has transferred seniors’ knowledge and learning through experience, establishing a personal and trust relationship to guide, stimulate and encourage young entrepreneurs to meet their needs with a direct contact through the platform and meetingsThis training and mentoring programme has been a pack which was developed through an interactive platform that connected seniors with labour market experience(mentors) and young entrepreneurs for free advice on how to undertake projects(mentees), containing all the relevant material and information on the transferred product.The Training course has had the focus on interpersonal and key competences for young adults. The training product was adapted on the specific needs of the target group and the labours market needs previously detected.And, the Mentoring methodology has been a complement and support of the Training course providing an added value to the e-course. A course, reinforced by the support of mentoring, which helped trainees in developing the key competences necessary for understanding of the management process. It’ll also enhanced the mentees’ capacity to use their skills in concrete situations and to promote the self confidence they need to turn their ideas into realistic and feasible projects.
