This EVS project is mainly aimed at providing non-formal education and inter cultural learning opportunities to young people from Kavadarci. It is part of a current local project of the Receiving Organization Youth Association creACTive – which mainly works on promoting creativity and active citizenship of young people.The EVS project will be based in the local youth club of the organization in Kavadarci, while part of the activities will be also developed in some villages near the city and the organic farm in creACTive ownership, for developing skills in the field of entrepreneurship and youth work by using method of non-formal education. Target group of the project in which the volunteers will be involved are young people aged 13 to 25 from the town and the nearby villages, while the activities include various workshops in the fields of arts, culture, sport, language courses, use of computers, sports, theatre, media, games and others. The club is also open for youngsters’ free time activities during the whole day. More detailed description of the activities is contained in Part D where the project description is, and in part G where are explained in more details, the tasks and the activities of the volunteer. The youth center already functions and employs four youth workers. Currently there are 4 EVS volunteers hosted and one volunteer from USA who is a Peace Corps volunteer.This project includes in total 3 EVS volunteers, from witch 1 EVS volunteer long term, and 2 EVS volunteers with fewer opportunities, short term, all from Slovakia to be hosted in a project in Macedonia. Project duration is 14 months, while the EVS services will last: 1 EVS projects will last 12 months and 2 EVS projects will last 40 days.
