The design of this project emerges from the idea of creating an engine that energizes and drives the youth of the town Tocina. EVS is an action that young people from a European country with other young people in a rural village such as Tocina and viveversa. The actions of volunteers will be developed in the village of Tocina, specifically in the Delegation of Youth. Youth Office, the volunteer will work closely with the technical staff in performing dynamic activities of youth work, youth participation and associational dynamism.
