Our project will involve an Italian volunteer in the frame of the European voluntary service, in all the activities organised by the association of Compagnons Bâtisseurs for the inclusion and the accompaning of mental disabled people. The volunteer will do his voluntary project for twelve months. During this period the volunteer wil llive in Marche en Famenne (Luxembourg province) but taking part in the week-ends for the disabled people he will have the chance to discover different part of Belgium and also some villages abroad. The volunteer will be involved in the promotion, the preparation, the animation and evaluation of the collective activities organised for the accompaning of adults with mental disabilities. At the moment the association organises each year18 week-ends focused on the integration and inclusion of adult disabled people. During the holidays two journey of 8 days will be organised in Belgium with foreigners volunteers who will help and supervise the disabled participants. Two journeys will take place during the summer. The target public for these activities is very large: it includes the teenager volunteers, adults, workers, the disabled people and their families as well. The volunteer will work 30 hours per week, 5 days per week. A big part of this hours will be spent during the week-ends but obviously the volunteer will recover this time during the following week.
