the project is to host two young European volunteers from Greece and Ireland for a period of 11 months from 11th january 2016 to 10 December 2016 .Young people can get involved in different projects (solidarity, childhood and youth, culture, international, associations service , multimedia and video) at the MJC and in the area's events (science village, Sustainable Development Week, Week international solidarity week of the initiative ...), they will have to meet and work with many partners because the organization organize the activities on 10 townsEach volunteer will be followed by a mentor who will ensure the successful integration of the young in social life in the local environment and with the project manager in its voluntary activitiesThe tasks will be write on a form and will proposed to the youth to clarify its functions and place in the team.The young will also be responsible for the establishment of a personal project that will be supported by one of the MJC 's manager in link with the EVS'mentor . this project will be valorize at the end in local Event .The volunteers will work 35 hours per week , they can take part in French lessons that set up under the solidarity pole.2 volunteers will be accommodated in an apartment , they will share. They will benefit a travel card allowing them to move throughout the Metropole "Rouen- Normandy" and an "SNCF card" (- 25 years) to benefit from rates to be able to move more easily (Paris is easily accessible by train)The EVS should prepare a presentation of their country that they can use in some actions that are carried by the MJC.Throughout his experience, a video portrait will allow him to present his skills and experiences and to follow its voluntary 's experience and also could be a support for assesment and could be a future presentation of the program to give young people the idea to try the EVS programme . Elbeuf is a little town near Rouen in Normandie, 25 km between Paris and Normandy'beach. The MJC work in area where lives around 50 000 habitants.
