This project aims to allow Martin Besson, a young visually impaired to access the EVS device. martin therefore travel to Italy with our Italian partner ANFFAS Onlus Pordenone in 3 steps. Indeed, in order to promote the establishment of a reassuring project and adapted, Martin will make a VPP, then bind him on an EVS 2 months to complete this course by EVS 6 months.Martin will take actions with our partner ANFFAS as "value EVS" and from 2 local actors working for one in the area of ​​Para and the other in the media with a free radio.Martin will perform PPV in September 2016 accompanied by the manager of the mobility division of Romans International, then a short 2 months from October to November accompanied by a French referent and Martin will make his EVS LT from January 2017 to June 2017.Specific needs has been identified and requested a reinforced mentorship in order to carry out this project and provide maximum chance for Martin leads EVS is completed.
