Vocational training for Hungarian students in France autumn 2015 Students' agricultural and food industrial training in Norway spring 2016 Job shadowing in France/Norway for professional teachers of SZLM School

Background: Agricultural Secondary Schools' Partnership arranging vocational and professional training for students and jobshadowing for teachers Participating in French programme: Szepsi LM MESZKI es Koll. 8 students and a professional teacher - Maison Familiale Rurale D'Education Et D'Orientation Richerenches as host school. Both institutes are situated in a specific wine growing area. Participating in Norwegian programme in foodindustrial and agricultural area Szepsi LM MESZKI es Koll 7 students and a professional teacher - Voss Jordbruksskule as host school Both school has foodindustrial and agricultural vocational education system Aims of the project: We organized a three weeks professional training for Szepsi LM students and also a one week job-shadowing for staff: France: vineyard wine activities during harvest and collecting experiences in lavender, olive and truffle growing. Norway: implementation of foodindustrial and agricultural tasks Jobshadowing: implementation of plant visits, exchange of experiences and a deeper understanding of the partner institution training system. Our aims to give students participating possibility in international vocational training, using the possibilities of good connection with both partners since 2008. In the foodindustrial and agricultural profession we'd like our students get wider horizon inside their chosen profession and develope personal competences through mobility. Results: According to our earlier experiences the vocational trainings in abroad were very useful. We wanted to increase the participating students' number in this project. Our goals were building the experiences in their personality, developing of professional, social and languages competences, thinking of european dimension, motivate them for lifelong learning and increase their chances to get job. Developing of organizational in case of staff - improving their personal, language and professional skill competences. Effect: Newer results and experiences will be built in our school work and education. During the last 8 years steps, aims, results and effect have already built in school life. Involving staff takes place in a diverse thinking, complex project work, evaluation, feedback and measurability,as well as to the international comparability of quality development. Thereby contributing to sustainable results are obtained, which are the basics step further -realizing the aims and tasks of the awarded Mobility Charter and institutional strategy.
