This international platform makes it possible for trainers to exchange their know-how and it is ideal for young talented people to train for the professional world championships. More over industrial placements and job-shadowings in Sweden are planned as well as advanced training in educational institutions in different member countries for trainers in order to emphasis the professional education on an international level. In parallel, trainees for the world championships get the chance to attend specific professional courses and on-the-job training for two or more weeks. The Erasmus+ project makes an important contribution to the professional education in Liechtenstein on an international level. It supports trainers in the professional education to widen their horizons within international networks. At the dynamic work environment it is necessary to question and extend professional qualifications, know-how and work methods. This project enables trainers to exchange their know-how between each other in the context of professional standards on international championships. All participants benefit from the extension of their professional, social, linguistic and cross-cultural competences. Furthermore, the professional education gets more attractive which makes it easier to recruit young people on local, regional and national level.
