The background for the project is the focus on the need for more competence among teachers on the national level in Norway today. Activities in this project like staff training will improve this needs. The objective of this projects is to improve staff competence on a local level and the work of internationalization in a broarder perspective. The contact between countries and will stenghen the cooperation between our school and schools on a international level. Personal relation ships is a basic element for further work between the partners involved. A vision to develop internationalisation and to organise all kind of international activities with partners abroad and to ensure the quality of the projects and link them to the curriculum. The participantes directly involved are 14 teachers mobilties given the possiblity to improve command of the foreign languages and technology tools to facilitate the teaching. Erasmus + offers a valuable opportunity to achieve these goals by providing teachers and directors the opportunity to participate in structured courses and work placements in European educational institutions This project will improve our school in the practical activities directly related to the reality of the classroom and connected to our programs . With the same hope to encourage communication with other schools , increasing the number and quality of our international programs and support teachers in their professional career. The advantages of this program will positively affect not only the teachers directly involved but the entire educational community. and our task will be conducted in an richer environment, stimulating and being able to respond more effectively to the training needs of a changing Europe the XXI century. The interest and the variety of activities scheduled and proper monitoring and dissemination of these stimulate our students and give them the tools to improve their professional skills and integrate as responsible and active citizens in a society that promotes respect for culture and international involvement enable to communicate and collaborate intercultural with partners abroad.
