„Viva Espania!" -Logistyczne rozwiązania w europejskim przedsiębiorstwie

"Viva Espana!" -Logistics Solutions in the European company – this is the title of the project implemented by the School of Natural Sciences and Technology in Międzyświeciu Erasmus + co-funded by the European Union. The project has been implemented in cooperation with the Spanish institution Tribeka TRAINING LAB SL, which has experience in the implementation of EU projects. The Spanish partner took responsibility in a substantive, logistical and organizational part of the students stay in Spain. The internship will provide fully realization of the main purpose of the project – to raise the professional qualifications and shape the attitudes of young people in the evolving mobile labor market and the improvement of language skills, promote the European dimension in vocational training, improve of skills and qualifications, exchange of experience in the field of logistics, get to know the work culture, mentality people, establish contacts, explore principles of operation of companies based on European standards. Practical application of theoretical knowledge acquired in school to learn new technologies and techniques work, improving the ability to work in a team, communication skills, self-reliance and responsibility will improve the professional standing of youth on the local and European labor market. With regard to regional needs, the project will also provide trainings to meet the objectives pursued other by improving the quality of vocational education, expand and enrich the school apprenticeships, growth entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity of students. In March of 2016 18 students from the technical school in logistics will come to Malaga. To participate in professional practice, students will be qualified according to high scores in science, foreign language skills, school and extra-curricular activity an good behavior. Before leaving the participants will attend course of many hours of preparation in linguistics, cultural and pedagogical area, that will facilitate the stay abroad. This training will continue in place of apprenticeship during which they will learn the history, culture and traditions of Spain and will grind foreign language words and phrases. Students will have a guaranteed national and international transport, insurance, accommodation, meals, and the constant care of a teacher at their school and Spanish supervisors. Upon arrival, project participants to Malaga would be shipped to the media industries where they are supposed to work during the internship. During the 4 week of stay they will acquire unique experience, learn the rules of work in Spanish companies and learn how to use new technology and operate technical equipment. For four weeks, students will take an internship in logistics companies, where they will carry out the program established as part of the school curriculum and professional practice and agreed by both parties. What is more, they will become familiar with the organizational structure and functional layout and workplace regulations and orders in force in the company. During their stay, students have also the unique opportunity to improve their language skills in a practical way, while working with Spanish employers and in their free time. This project is not only a learning. Residency programs include knowledge of tourist attractions, culture, historical and economic values, tourism, different customs, traditions and behavior of the inhabitants of Spain. Trainee will be certified by Europass Mobility, which is acceptable in all European Union countries and widely known to employers throughout the EU labor market and other evidence of the participation of young people in training courses or work. The European Union creates a huge opportunity for students of vocational schools offering the opportunity to participate in practices in companies in the countries forming the EU. Foreign placements do not just give you the opportunity to work with another organization, also allow you to learn about another culture, language and promote a sense of belonging to the European Union. In today's globalized economy there are needed professionals with the ability to co-operate in international and increasingly multicultural environment.
