RITEJ it es to say " International Meeting and Youth Theatre " in Arab culture is a name that means " the key to Mecca " for quality and sensitivity, intelligence and communication. To specifically address the main theme, violence, violence is all time : wars , armed conflicts, civil wars , reprisals, terrorism , exodus , exile ... In recent years, the violence has taken on new forms. She finds herself in the world of work pressures, exclusion , impoverishment of the masses, economic insecurity , job loss , disintegration of social ties , breakdown of the family unit and torque , school violence , the incivility aggression. Hence we see , that there may be active violence and violence against , and they are often dialectically with each other . We want to develop intercultural dialogue , tolerance, mutual respect, solidarity among young people from different countries and backgrounds implementing their creative capacity around this collective project. The group will work together in an artistic and cultural project. This will also live an adventure of creation, practical understanding of what makes them different and at the same time what makes them be holders of common values, to fight against all forms of release and discrimination. ADIF plans to host 30 youth and six supervisors from 3 different countries (Spain , Italy, France ) . These young people will be aged 18 to 25 years and will stay at the Young Workers Cognac for the period 1 to 15 July 2014 . The majority of young Spanish , Italian and French are from families at risk of poverty . We want to support them in their project to give them the opportunity to benefit from experiences abroad . This will give in a given time 15 days to develop a collective creation : a theater . This will include : • The scenario development by oral or written invention and improvisation individual and collective • the spatial and game scenario developed • Rehearsals necessary to interpret and learning a number of playing techniques • The work of making accessories and scenic elements • The implementation of a control light and sound • The invention of communication means to attract public • Public performance We will use the theater which is a tool of mediation and distancing of violence. It is also an expression tool to give a voice to the uncivil violence stemming from the lack of public floor space . Theater as the dramatization of behavior, it highlights the tensions and contradictions of the community. It can also be a tool for understanding what is said through violent demonstrations. We hope through this project meet the mission and values of our association. This exchange will allow young people : • To meet around common values but also about their specificities. • To promote their integration into the social and cultural life • To develop the youth theater practice • To also integrate young people in difficulty through a project enhancing common • Valuing practical and artistic creation • Enhance the living together and accepting differences • promote inter -generational approach to art practice by involving the parents of young
