The objective of this project is to to facilitate cooperation on cross-border tourism among the cities of Limbazi and Viljandi by creating common vision and strategy of tourism sectors perspective development investing in local human resource capacity broadening the information knowledge skills and experience developing new modern cross-border tourism products constructing new attractive infrastructure objects - tourism paths around Limbazi Lielezers lake and Viljandi lake building cooperation within the historical Hanseatic network and within the spirit of nature turism.The direct target groups are: local authorities involved in tourism development and promotion tourism concerned NGOs as well as potential entrepreneuers (in particular local land owners). The indirect target groups are all the tourists (both foreign and domestic) local inhabitants of the cities as potential nature tourists recreation tourists health improvers sportsmen (both proffesionaland practitioners) schoolchildren students etc.
