The project "Knowing the real world across the virtual one" tries to obtain a progress in the quality process of the center, since it takes the progress as a target in the processes of education - learning of the teachers involved in the mobility as well as the rest of the people working in it and, consequently, an implementation in the quality of education offered to the pupils.Our center has been active over 11 years in European programs and want to continue making improvements in education and the internationalization of it.It is a bilingual school since 2010 and we need to support teachers in training and educational experiences that can promote quality in the education of our students.The skills we want our teachers to improve are:- Better linguistic and communicative competence in CLIL methodologies, in using new methodologies and new technologies applied to education.We work with schools in the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, France and Malta, through Etwinning and linguistic and cultural exchanges, and they are noe twinning centers.Our project focuses on the one hand in observing training and organization and examples of new practices, methodological courses, shadowing organization and examples in centers, all with great experience.On the other hand, we would like our teachers to attend to these training courses to improve these skills.We believe it will be a very positive experience, which will bring an improvement in the education of our students and the quality of our center.To do this, there will be virtual meetings with the centers to set goals and prepare this training.Each participant will know these objectives from the beginning and will promise to fulfill them.The participating teachers will be accompanied and advised at all times both in their own center and in the training period.Throughout the process, they will have to perform some activities to help later the dissemination of the project in different fields: the educational community, school magazine, school website, faculty meetings in the region, the media at the local level, social networks, national and international groups of teachers, etc.An evaluation will take place at the end of the organization period, the training course itself and the final impact.It will check whether the objectives have been achieved with some surveys and tests, and after the dissemination of the activities The knowledge learned during that time will be applied into practice with small projects. All this will also help to strengthen the relationships with partners and will enable to prepare new activities together in the future, which will also help improve the quality of education.
