Project "Via you to yOUR youth" is multilateral training course with focus on how to support youth initiative through increasing the competencies of youth leaders in the field of social entrepreneurship. The aim of this project is to direct young people to be more active in the future and encourage them to speak up in important topics for them. This can be achieved through increasing the capacity of youth leaders and extending their knowledge. This project involves youth leaders from Estonia, Portugal and Macedonia. From each country there will be 8 participants. This training course is addressed to youth leaders who are in a position which enables them to guide and support young people with their ideas becoming real. Activities during training course will be mostly implemented by different non-formal methods, such as teamwork exercises, discussions and sessions in bigger and smaller groups, case studies, field trip and presentations. Desired result of this project is expressed by increased competence of youth leaders who are therefore able to give beneficial and relevant support and guidance to work out the ideas initiated by youth. In general, this makes young people more active as citizens and encourages to take up with topics interesting and important for them. Eventually, this contributes to development of social entrepreneurship and promoting it as a way for sustainable and beneficial tendency for society. Training course "Via you to yOUR youth" will take place from 2nd to 10th of February 2015 in Estonia.
