The reason that the school would like to apply to participate in the project: 1 Increasing recruitment to the two education programs , VG2 tourism and VG2 cook - and waiting . Important recruitment to vocational training in Norway and Vestfold County. 2 Important to let students gain could see how the profession they educate themselves to , work in other countries , and that the profession they educate themselves to be used more than in Norway 3 Give students different work experience. See and experience how including morale in a country other than Norway 4 Give teachers more knowledge about the professions they will educate their students in. 5 A means of reducing absenteeism of pupils Project objectives related to curriculum VG2 - Knowledge Promotion Education for Service and transport - application area for tourism : • Cooperation and communication with stakeholders • Act correctly in the host role • Analyzing various domestic and international destinations on the basis of a tourism business • Use digital tools • Assess trends in tourism nationally and internationally • Describe the key daily chores in a tourism business • Using a basic vocabulary in the provision of basic information to guests in another foreign language an English ( Spanish) Education for Restaurant and food - the program board for Cookery and waiting : • Cooperation and communication with stakeholders • Have knowledge of various national and international food , beverages and food traditions • Using and become familiar with different ingredients and cooking methods used in Spanish cuisine • Describe the key daily activities in a restaurant or kitchen • Using a basic vocabulary and terminology as well as the provision of basic information to employees and guests of another foreign language other than English Common objectives for rivers : Common to both education programs as are the goals of learning outcomes: - Could the labor market in Spain acquire knowledge of the Spanish work culture , as attitudes and etiquette - Could the social partners to understand and learn about the norms and rules that exist in relation to working hours, breaks and follow up appointments - Could the labor market in Spain communicating with both staff and customers at work in either English or Spanish - Able to adapt in a host family and be able to follow the agreements made there and also get transferred this to the workplace - Increase their confidence and to evaluate their actions with respect to being able to work in business and being away from their safe environment at home. Count forest high school has only two studies that are vocational . This Service and transport and Restaurant - and food processing. In order to maintain these lines both at school and locally in Tonsberg, it is good to have a project that can " entice " students to choose something other than General Studies . By searching on this project, we want to increase the number of streams that can be with, than we have had in the past . We are now looking to get 20 students each year. Thus, one of the goals we have for the project are achieved, reduce absenteeism among pupils . The main activity of the project is the deployment of business in Albir area of Spain . Students will be deployed for a period of month. During their stay they will stay with host families, who mainly speak Spanish and some English. It is desirable that students participating in the project will address his occupation and knowledge of practice in another country, as well as being able to understand and make them understood in a different language. Completion and passing is one of the main goals of Greveskogen Upper secondary School. By getting more students in school so it is easier to achieve the goal. Society in general is also served by the student’s successfully complete secondary education. It is desirable to achieve great competition on both education programs to get students to participate in this project. When the criteria are absences, this will again provide benefits in the daily teaching to students of many present at school. This will benefit the community by several rivers complete and pass secondary education. It is desirable that the students participating in the project get a good expirience and promote this for other students who wish to attend to our school and theese programs.
