Stucom fostered in its educational project exchanges , international projects and practices of students in other countries in Europe for the added value , enrichment, quality improvement these activities offer not only to the students involved but to the mangament of the school , teachers and families of students. With this project we intend to motivate students about the importance of learning foreign languages in a practical way and in English-speaking country such as Malta. They will do Internships and training activities in firms in a country , Malta , that offers great opportunities for young people and gives them the opportunity to find a job there after internships . We will encourage participants to use new technologies in enterprises of the future as most of the practices will be in technologically highly developed companies We aim to encourage students and accompanying teachers on the need to have an entrepreneurial spirit and motivate them to create their own businesses. gain experience in their specialty and training . Moreover students will learn to work with international teams will gain experience of another culture and customs and learn from them . Living with people from a different country will also start our bonds of friendship . Participating students are Vocational Students in business, information technology and administration, mostly under age with a high degree of motivation but with economic difficulties, so participating in this project can help them to improve the situation since it willbe easier to access to a job and as a result subsequently continue their education . The first activity will be to conduct an initial meeting by Stucom VisMedNet coordinators will meet to organize the logistical aspects and tutorials and training plan in detail. The object is to make 2 mobilities of 8 students each year , one in October and the second in June in all there will be an accompanying teacher . Secondly Stucomwill inform all staff , families and students of the project through a general email , explaining the characteristics of the mobility of students, VIsMedNet and the benefits of taking part in the project . Thirdly, the project coordinator at Stucom will meet with the students more interested giving them more specific explanation for the selection of participants mobilities . The selection process will take place with VISMED Net coordinators , school tutors , students and Stucom RRHH department . After the selection, the fourth activity , will provide detailed information to participants and their familiesof all travel logistics and training, cultural, linguistic , technological and risk prevention will be provided : Stucom is responsible for managing this training phase . The fifth activity are the internships in Malta where constant monitoring of student progress will be mande by the coordinator and the supervising teacher VisMedNet who will inform the coordinator atStucom daily . Students on their part during the work placement will send a daily mail and establish contact via video conference or chat on their progress and difficulties in order to make the necessary changes so that the result of mobility reach the highest expectations . At the end of the stay VisMedNet will conduct a survey and analysis of results to each participant, the results will be shared with Stucom . The sixth activity will be the evaluation and certification of mobility training and validation to finally disseminate all through our communication channels : activity and results. Methodology will analyze pedagogical skills , Professional skills , Technical skills and emotional development. The main result is cooperation School - business , labor and integration of students continuing their education. Impact: quality training and innovative reaching an international dimension and promotes entrepreneurship thereby creating new jobs and improving the local , regional and national economic situation while creating young prepared to work in a global market . Our project will be disseminated through conferences and lectures to other schools in Catalonia and Europe so that the impact also reaches a global dimension.
