Tallinn kindergarten Waterlily is a learning organization. Water Lily is unique, gentle , pure - like a child in our kindergarten. We value family, learning, health and traditions. People, music and health are very important for us. Values are the foundation of our curriculum. It should be understood in the broad sense as education of character, which includes personal moral education as well as supports the development of children to grow into active citizens, curious and enterprising people. As the creators of value judgement, our teachers know that the gained mental baggage is many times more valuable and reachable. In order to implement the objectives of the kindergarten and European cooperation plan, we feel it necessary to supplement ourselves in the following areas : music, drama, sciences , media and ICT. The project involves seven teachers, who shall be elected according to performance results and development interview; who has shown themselves to be an active learner in daily work and is interested in implementing the knowledge gained in the training in future work; For implementation of the project, all stages of mobility need to be managed: planning, implementation and evaluation. For project management we use flexible project management methodologies. Mobility projects do not have tangible results : - New knowledge and experience - New career skills - Better understanding of other cultures - Improved language skills - Increase in motivation - Enriches learning education - Participation encourages other employees to participate in mobility , - Supports the professional development of teachers , - Supplements teachers' emotional baggage, expands horizons Knowledge gained in the training can be applied to curriculum development : music and drama, and environmental sciences - learning to use ICT tools allows to implement media education part of the curriculum . - Helps to widely implement children’s digital portfolio within the kindergarten and bring it to a new level
