Verbesserung und Ausweitung des methodischen Repertoires im Hinblick auf eine individuelle Förderung der Schüler.
Date du début: 10 juil. 2014, Date de fin: 9 juil. 2015 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The primary school Amphionpark in Munich Moosach has a multicultural student body coming from over 25 countries. The teachers in the 19 classes have to adapt to the many cultural, linguistic, and cognitive differences present among the students. That’s why we would like to focus on the improvement and extension of our methodological repertoire, which concentrates on the individual support of each student. In this way the students can obtain their core competencies via flexible learning techniques while being guided by qualified teachers. Our school would like to send 5 teachers. As is the standard in all primary schools in Germany, these teachers teach all of the main subjects: German, Math and Science. In the first and second grade, as well as in the third and fourth grade, they also teach the secondary subjects: Physical Education, Swimming, Art, Music, and English. Our 5 selected teachers have at least three years of work experience as fully qualified teachers. After taking part in this continuing education program, the teachers, including two from the Erasmus+ Team at our school, will reflect on the newly learned material and begin incorporating it into their daily lessons. This knowledge will then be passed on to our other teachers during a week-long “method week” and spread to as many classrooms as possible. At the conclusion of the training, the degree of success can be summarized and sent to the ISB (Staatsinstitut für Schulqualität und Bildungsforschung in München/ The Bavarian Institute in charge of controlling teacher quality) as feedback. We hope that through the Erasmus+ Project our teaching staff can improve their individual subject competencies and achieve a broader understanding of the practices, strategies, and systems of teaching used throughout Europe. Our school will modernize by opening itself up to international projects and school partnerships. Through the selected continuing education program, we will achieve a deeper understanding of social, linguistic, and cultural diversity and have a better ability to help people with specific and different needs. The teachers will be supported establishing their learning mobility of individuals. The development of their competencies in a foreign language will be reinforced as well. They will have a better chance for professional development, as well as more motivation and happiness in their daily work.
