Date du début: 1 juin 2015, Date de fin: 31 mai 2017 PROJET  TERMINÉ

The vocational course of education “Zerspanungsmechanik ( Biga ZM )” at the “Vocational College Bocholt – West” aims to further improve its capabilities to inclusion and support of learners with mental and/or physical and/or linguistic (German) handicaps through amongst other measures more and better multimedia teaching / learning- arrangements (e-learning / blended learning) . In addition to the procurement of suitable materials from outside the production of own materials tailored to the specific needs of our special learners is a second path in our sourcing strategy. The instructional use of these materials will be further intensified and improved also. Developments in Biga ZM are always promptly shared with colleagues from neighboring areas of education and nearby organizations to continuously implement as many synergy effects as possible. With our present colleagues and with the current level of competence we find in the Biga ZM in the improvement objectives mentioned above, we increasingly notice our limits. With the progress made so far in the Biga ZM and in adjacent areas of education, we simultaneously have a good basis to overcome our obstacles soon. We are therefore planning to participate in the following three EU training events: - HC2: Inclusion of Handicapped Learners in the Classroom - MC2: Media Competencies for Teachers - MC3: Game-Based Learning - A hands-on approach for motivating learners They will drive our development in the affected areas of subject and they will expand our abilities to participate in and contribute to a European team / consortium. If the measure shows the desired results, we are going to start a joint development, testing and use of "trilingual multimedia teaching / learning-arrangements targeted at the training of ZerspanungsmechanikerInnen in a European consortium in a next phase of development. Three experienced colleagues are involved in the project. In the past they were already closely involved with the schooling of pupils with special educational needs and / or the introduction of new media and/or new teaching concepts. Their respective knowledge of English and their world-open mindedness enable them to fully participate in international cooperation and training.
