The project will improve quality and the access to the social systems of assisting the 3rd age persons from Romania and the Republic of Moldova by transfer of experience and good practices between the two countries, by identifying several common measures of protecting the old persons and by activities of optimizing the policies and the national programs of assistance of the old persons.
