In the environment of globalization, vocational education is getting more the subject of international processes, as it is regarded a significant factor for the Financial development and social consistency, in the Frame of modern "societies and economies of knowledge". The human capital emerges as never before, as a definite Factor of the survival and progress of the societies . The social needs nowadays and the demands of the production and labour market emphasize on knowledge, adaptability and innovation, the development of skills of communication, cooperation, taking up initiative, managing of various choices. This new environment demands, for the education of young people the realization of innovative acts, connection of school with production and an educational system able to cope with new needs so as the students can easily join the society and the labour market, using, validating and spreading their knowledge through the Frame of life - long learning. The fight of social disclosure, the connection of education with production, the Forward of mobility, the improvement of skills of students and teachers are the basic targets of our suggestion. In the specific programs participate the Following: A) 16 students in Germany B) 9 teachers in BBS and C) 9 teachers in Poland with target the instruction and acquisition of qualification in subjects concerning the labour market. Every program in which they will take part will consist of a theoretical part of instruction and practice in enterprises with modern technology, according to those Followed by the hosting partners. With this specific program students and teachers : - Will use their knowledge and skills acquired in theoretical and practical - You will become familiar with the new methods of production process in a country that uses clean the dual system - It will increase their interest in lifelong learning - will practice the language they know and will be motivated to learn new , within the multicultural United Europe - You will learn to work with other groups of students and employees with different cultural and educational backgrounds - They will exchange knowledge , experiences and opinions with students and workers in other countries - Will increase their interest in obtaining more qualifications to become easier mobility in the context of a united Europe . - We produce hardware technology with the knowledge and experience acquired in order to exploit the dissemination of results.
