The Home Project 2 volunteers, is in a real dynamic of the MJC association. Our landlocked territory allows us through the Erasmus + device, to enjoy a real opening on Europe. We hope through this double welcome, valuing the Erasmus + program but also support young people in a mobility initiative.Hosting European volunteers involved in the development of our proposed structure for young people, allows us through multiple projects developed by and with young people and promote the EVS volunteering.We will use the lever to promote cultural exchange, encounter, but also the social dimension of the project.The focus of our project are:- Raise awareness among young people 15 to 25 years Erasmus + program and schools sector.- Participate in the wake of European consciousness among young people.- Participate in animation projects of the structure and especially those for adolescents and youth, based on the information technology and communications and the development of cultural projects.- Develop projects to link Vire youth with youth and twin cities or other European city. Encourage young people Vire desire to live a European voluntary service. - Accompany young people in their mobility project, guiding them through research, outreach, development of their project.Other aspects that we wish to develop with our 2 young volunteers, but also their personal development through citizen's voluntary approach: The young agrees to give of his time for the benefit of an association that works for the information, accompaniment and support of youth and committed to offer him in return the conditions of its development.We will also be attentive to inform and train young volunteers to offer everyone the opportunity to live an experience of international mobility enjoying support tailored to their expectations and their personal and professional.Through the actions and through the participation of volunteers, we are pursuing several objectives:- Contribute to the animation of social life through the participation of volunteers and the realization of collective interests work;- Encourage the free movement of people and ideas through cultural exchange;- Promoting public education, encouraging active citizenship, for a democratic, solidarity with another form of learning.Volunteers are accompanied internally by a tutor who helps solve all the difficulties to which it may face, heaccompanied him on his missions within the structure, participates in regulation time.Throughout their engagement, the volunteers will receive knowledge support to enable them to build aProduction chronicling their experiences in the host project, relationships and projects in which they could participate.This support is highly dependent on the sensitivity of the volunteer and his interest in a particular communication technology. This production will be used as an information medium to relate the experience with young people on the occasion of the various highlights of awareness and information of the European program whether the events organized in connection with theSPE or by the sending organization.We will ensure that this production benefits the greatest number. It will also be available on the website of the association for other structures can be used and disseminated.Hosting volunteers strongly impact the operation of the animation teams and volunteers of the structure and allowed to incorporate concretely the notion of European citizenship. This and included in the draft structure as a development priority by the association.
