This project involves 15 young students of a vocational school preparing a BTEC National in sales and tansport. a) The people. 15 Students will go to London for 4 weeks (1 week course and 3 weeks work placement) under the supervision of members of the school staff (Director, Accountant, teachers) and our partner in London Twin Group. Twin Group is in charge of finding host families and work placements in London. We also work with them to assess students. b) Needs Intensive English Courses once in London for a better integration during the placement. c) Projects and objectives For the school: to foster our educational and training courses For students: - meeting multicultural customers - adapting their professional skills to another country - adapting to a new cultute and new way of life - discovering London (European economics and financial capital) Twin Group: Looking after the students ( with school teachers) and looking for workplacements and families d) Expected results For students, to improve their english level, help socializing, adapt to a foreign speaking country, enhance profesional skills (the functioning of a British company, professional specificities, particular technics)
