The central theme and focus of the project is on encouraging youth creativity and entrepreneurship.Project objective: introduction of systematic thinking on future perspectives as a natural part of the learning process and development of active, creative, initiative, decisive and responcible youth.The project supports the development of goal-oriented thinking supporting the enterpreneural spirit in personal and social perspective. As result of the project high school youth: is interested in social processes in Estonia and wider (are curious themselves, reakt and discuss) is able to see the multiplicity of opportunities is not afraid of making (new) choises (as opposed to stepping traveled paths, because it is safer) and is abled to analyze the opportunities and risks associated is able to see the personal choices of the broader relationship with socio-economic processesFor acheiving these objectives, a seminar-workshop program will be implemented among high school students (10-12 grade) in 20 schools in Põlva, Valga, Järva, Rapla and Tartu county, using creative and opened methodologies for introducing goal-minded thinking, societial trends and different facinating fields of operation, facilitate discussions and composition of personal goals and development plans in opened discussion with others. Seminar-workshops are preceded by methodogoly planning and introductory events in school and accompanied by constant improvement, promotion and dissemination activities. All these activities will be implemented by project core group and youth involved by them from high-schools and further JCI network. All these activities are carried out by a core group and a nation-wide network of JCI members, additional representatives of the target audience, namely high school students to be involved during the implementation of the seminars. As a result of the implementation of the project the core team: will learn how to create synergy and implement cooperation between people and organizations with different profiles will develop the skills of leading open discussions, public speaking, communication with public and carrying out trainings Project target group is 30 people among the implementing organization and 20 schools with ca 700 high school students participating in the project. Through communication and dissemination the message will reach around 50 000 people, 30 000 of which are between the age of 15-30.
