Усъвършенстване на компетенциите по екологично лозарство чрез усвояване на испанския опит

Projec’s promoter is Vocational school in Vine and Wine production "Alexander Stamboliiski" - Pleven, Bulgaria, host institution is Tribeka training - Malaga, Spain. The project duration is 12 months - June 2015 – June, 2016. The placement will be three weeks (March-April, 2016) in vine farms in Malaga, Spain.
The realization of project is the implementation of a strategy for development of the school of improving the quality of vocational education and training. Mobility is strategic means of improving the role of the school and the opportunity to enrich the competencies of students and teachers.
The objectives of the project are related to improving the professional and personal competencies of users through:
-improvement of available competencies in viticulture;
-upgrade and acquisition of new competencies in the field of organic viticulture;
-awareness of the right choice of profession and striving for future realization on the specialty;
- adoption of innovative practices of vine farms in Malaga;
- improvement of language competencies, English and Spanish;
-improve communication skills using common and specific vocabulary during mobility;
- raising the skills to work in a team;
-enrichment of culture to another European country - history, traditions and customs .
Project participants are 20 students from profession - "Vine growing and wine production", "Agroecology" and "Plant Protection and Agrochemistry" in 9, 10 and 11 classes. Training programs are allow acquisition of completed competencies for conventional agriculture, particularly viticulture. Topics provided environmental viticulture insufficient. This provoked the promoting of this project.
The methodology of the project activities include organization, determination of indicators of quality control, monitoring and maximum dissemination for project sustainability. The project activities are related to: a seminar to start the project, selection of candidates , training before placement, signing a contract with the host institution and the the agreement for the quality of the practice, preparation of the Europass Mobility certificates, travel arrangements, preparation individual contracts with users and travel documents, implementation of mobility and practice, certification of results, reporting and dissemination of results. The placement program is made by the both partner organization – promoter and host organization. Practical activities will be carried out in the vineyards in the region of Malaga, Spain.
As results of the project we expect users to enrich their knowledge and skills in ecological viticulture and build competence for implementing ecological technologies in vineyards .During the mobility beneficiars will communicate in English and Spanish language .It will enrich their language and communication skills. Stay in another country will improve team work skills and adaptability of beneficiaries . The cultural preparation will enrich knowledge of the host country.
Accompanying persons / teachers in vocational training / will improve the competence to implement ecological technologies in vineyards. During the mobility they will exchange the experience with the Spanish partner, the owners of farms and mentors.
Staying in a foreign country for the period of practice will increase the linguistic, communicative, adaptive team and control skills of accompany persons .
Ecological viticulture is a part of ecological farming, which is a priority for many farmers in the country and Europe.
The region of Pleven has favorable soil and climatic conditions for vineyards, mainly of varieties of red wines and dessert varieties. Implementation of ecological technologist for their care will lead to sustainable use of available resources and to expand the range of ecological wine and table grapes of the market .This will strengthen the influence of viticulture and wine on the economy of the region and the country.
Trained young professionals will be motivated and competitive on national and international market of grapes and wine.
Sustainability of the project will be achieved by multiplying the experience and the dissemination of results between the partner organizations and outside them - to all interestеd institutions - Ministry of Education,Ministry of agriculcure and forest and Regional Inspectorate of Education, universities, professionals and employers in the vine and wine sector, agricultural cooperatives, school board , parents, local, regional and national media .
