The project is implemented between the Vocational School of Agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets", Suvorovo and STEP (organization in the field of vocational guidance and counseling , internships and workplace practices).Practice will be carried out entirely in a real working environment in modern agricultural farms of organic farming, snailbreeding and beekeeping in the area of Seville, Spain.Each of the selected sectors and themes of the practice has a significance for development and upgrade of the professional competencies of students and the development of the region.Participants in the project are 40 pupils aged 16-20, at the initial stage of vocational education and 4 accompanying teachers from the vocational school of agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets."The project objectives are as follows:1) Upgrading the knowledge, practical skills and professional competencies of students acquired at school by building skills to implement the principles and methods of organic farming, modern methods and technologies in beekeeping, mastering the principles and technology to build a snail farm, principles and methods for raising and breeding of snails - new and promising sectors in Bulgaria with progressive trends in the coming years.2) Improvement of language, intercultural and social competences of the users, their motivation for learning and professional development and their competitiveness in the labor market.3) Improving the capacity of vocational school of agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets" to work at European level by strengthening the established partnership with STEP, improved quality of preparation, implementation, evaluation and recognition of the results from international educational practices, transfer of innovative approaches to work with students by providing attractive training programs for practice in accordance with the needs and expectations of students and skills needs at local and European level.Practice will run for 4 weeks. Participants will be divided into two mobility streams, each of which will consist of 20 students and two accompanying persons.In view of the identified needs of the vocational school of agriculture "Sv.G.Pobedonosets" the practice is divided into three educational modules. One is connected with deepening knowledge and building practical skills in the field of organic agriculture - application of methods and principles of organic farming, pest control in an environmentally friendly way, making organic manure, application of methods for environmentally friendly plant protection, etc.The second module is aimed at new for Bulgaria practices with high potential for use in local conditions, and for start a successful business activity, namely: building practical skills for raising and breeding of snails and familiarity with the technology to build a snail farm.The third module is connected to learning the basic techniques for successful development and proper functioning of hives with bees and care for bee colonies.The methodology of training is associated with tasks in real working environment, instruction from mentors in each of the farms, monitoring of the implementation, evaluation.As a result of the practice students will become more competitive in the labor market, more informed about other cultures and countries, with better language and intercultural competences, will build a clear vision of their career and will have better opportunities for future realization in the labor market in the chosen professional area.Teachers will improve their competencies in the professional field in which they teach and their capacity to meet the challenges related to the modernization of education and the opening of vocational school in cooperation with organizations and employers from other countries.At the institutional level, the project will create a quality learning environment that will contribute to the transfer of best practices in the training and exchange of experience between the partner organizations.At the regional and national context, the project will contribute to improving the relevance of vocational education and training of staff leaving school and entering the labor market to the needs of the European labor market and high requirements of employers.Practice will be certified by issuing an Europass mobility document, certificate from STEP and individual evaluation cards with a description of the progress of each participant.
