Our school does not have experience with mobility projects yet , but we know, what benefits can foreign placements bring to the learning process and to the development of the participants.We plan to organize foreign internships for 20 students of field of study 6317 M Business Academy in two different countries:10 students of 4th year of study of the field of study Business Academy - Milan, Italy, in September 2016 for 21 days.10 students of 3rd year of study of the field of study Business Academy - Budapest, Hungary, in May 2017 for 21 days.Students traveling to the Italian Milan will have within the mobility the opportunity to work in the company CLO (Cooperativa Lavoratori Ortomercato). The company offers various services: warehouse management, transportation and distribution, warehousing for third partner, logistics consulting. Milan - City of Fashion, banks and art, will provide for our students a lot of new professional knowledge, especially if the company itself CLO also deals with products such as clothing, footwear and much more.Students traveling to the Hungarian capital, Budapest, will work within a firm of the company Neckermann, which has only in Budapest 14 travel agencies. Has received numerous awards, it provides services: tours in Hungary and abroad (21 countries), flights, boat trips, ski trips, last minute deals, insurance, accommodation reservation and ticketing. All these services our students know on a theoretical level, because they are contained in specialized subjects during their study.We expect, that through the project the students of field of study Business Academy will achieve the following objectives:- apply the acquired theoretical knowledge in practical activities,- to determine objectives, means and methods of work,- to handle and to evaluate with appropriate methods the necessary information on business activities with the use of communication and information technologies,- solve individually or in a team situations of corporate economic environment,- apply selected mathematical methods to solve problems in economic practice,- apply skills in processing the content, forms and operating processes of drawing up initial business documents in English.- to handle substantive, linguistic and formal administrative documents related to the business activities abroad, using current technology, user-controlled computing, coupling agents and recording equipment, office and reprographic equipment, working with the Internet,- apply the techniques of control processing and follow standardized modification of documents in English,- work with literature in English- put into practice the ethical and professional rules, the principles of social behavior and manners,- apply in practice basic commercial business activities and the basic principles of marketing,- apply the aesthetics of the work environment and the observance of hygienic principles and safety in the operation,- maintain the aesthetic look of the working environment,- respect the fundamental principles of negotiations with clients, customers and employees.- expand knowledge on production and production activities, the costs and benefits of the undertaking in the insurance industry, and on tourism abroad.The expected impact and possible long-term benefits:- development of general competencies described above, development of professional competence within the field of study, learning about new procedures of work in international companies and organizations, the development of communication skills - more employment opportunities in domestic companies as well as abroad. Potential employers may become for example banking institutions, insurance companies and organizations with a focus on financial services and tax consulting, marketing, and so on.- develop of professional and language competences of students and accompanying persons, the dissemination of project results - increasing public interest, change in the method of teaching, curricular changes, increasing the number of registered pupils of primary schools, which may significantly affect the number of students in classes and overall management and operation of schools.- developing language competence among employees of companies and organizations, obtaining helper forces at work in three weeks, gaining new partners, the possibility of employment of skillful students - developing companies/organizations at European level.- dissemination of project results - increased interest of elementary schools, quality education for Slovak citizens, the possibility of reducing unemployment in the region, one of the regions with the highest unemployment rate in Slovakia.
