Project "Use-Explore-Learn - Efficient Media Use in times of Digial Overflow" consists of 3 youth exchanges. Each exchange is planned to take place in Zakopane, Poland and associates 40 young people from Poland, Lithuania, Hungary, Italy and Romania. They will discuss the issues conncected with media, new technologies and their influence on life and behavior of youth. During the exchange we will analyze how to use media consciously and effectively to find valuable pieces of information efficiently, without getting distracted. During the project young people will also develop the ability of critical reasoning.Project aims also at developing young people's knowledge concerning different cultures and promoting the attitudes of openness and tolerance. Nonformal methods of education which we plan to use will help us in achieving our aims. We consider them the most effective in terms of reaching young people's minds. During the exchanges we will use activities such as culture evenings, open-space games, integration tasks, interactive workshops and many others.Project includes youth with 'lower chances' finding themselves in difficult financia situation or living in suburban areas where the eccess to culture is limited. By these means we want to promote equality of chances and show that everyone can involve in various initiatives. Project is a great opportunity for the participants to establish new realtions and gain new skills connected with work in international environment. Due to our initative we aims at promoting international cooperation and deepening cross-country partnership.
