This youth exchange brings together the associations supporting education in urban centres and who share the same objective: to put in place the actions that favours "living together". This exchange will allow up to 24 young German, French and Portuguese, to meet and exchange varied urban cultures. The group will be composed of youths coming from social horizons, different cultures each having a common interest in the theme. The exchange will take place at Lisbon, a city that sees the development of a number of initiatives notably in the area of street art. Research work and practical will lead first for each national group and finally the immersion in the common interest/theme and to be a strong proposal. The proposed activities during the exchange will be proposed elsewhere and hosted by the participants themselves. The youths will be thus actor and collaborator in this encounter. This inter cultural encounter with the initiative to initiate, broaden the questioning on their own national culture, this of others and more largely of questioning oneself on the notion of European citizenship. The exchange will take place at the heart of the "Bairro Padre Cruz" quarter, a popular Lisbon quarter. The wanderers, meeting in this environment permits losing the cultural notions and multi cultural inthis exchange. This theme permits a large range of activities : non formal educational activities taking the form of activities sportive and cultural. The greatest value of this experience to the young allow the opening of their young perspectives : perspectives geographically in breaking the frame of reference , but equally the personal perspective. The idea is that one will become conscious of the particular potential of technical competence, social competence and develop self esteem. In doing so, they will be accompanied by the youth leaders and see themselves]propose the redirection their youthpass, certification at a European level. Finally valorizatio of the project will take place at the beginning, during and after the exchange, notably grace of social networks, At the end of this exchange will be the realisation and showing by the participants, in the fashion of encouraging the youths to subscribe in the package of European mobility such as the youth exchange.
