There is a huge need to make this project real because the growth of quality nursing care still requires it. We should effectively use the operations which are sensitive to individual needs od the patients. The presents status demands permanent education of all nursing levels and also the training of new skills. One of the way how to secure life quality without financial pressure is basal simulation application mainly to disabled patients. Basal stimulation is radher a new, young concept which currantly belongs to preferable ways of nursing care. Its unique use is due to the highly professional attitude along with scientific knowledge and humanity which ranks this project among those of general nursing concepts. The main aim is to offer quality improvement at theoretical and practical education of future nursing assistants during their independent work of those processes and activities allowed by the low. ( Patients with final state of a desease, those long term fixed on their bed, geriatric patients, or those in our partnership facility Hospice Citadela )The improvement will be focused on obtaining new knowledge from the field of application of particular units of basal stimulation. This would support the trend of demand increasement on our graduates from Secondary nursing schools. The main aim of this project will be obtaining a certificate for basic and upper part of the basal stimulation. 24 students of the fourth form will participate in this project ( 12 students in one turn ) of a branch study nursing assistant who will easily find the working placement in any department of nursing care.They are able to make basic, nursing, assistance and administration activities in nursing facilities and services of a social care. During the methodology sessions of all participants the same support will be provided by lecturers of specialized subjects from the sending organization also head nurses from the particular departments of a host institution. The certified lecturer will be appointed with methodology and monitoring of the basal stimulation courses who will come from the institute of the basal stimulation. He or she will secure a professional supervision during the whole project. Within the co-operation with the host organization the methodology and support of project will be discussed with the responsible deputy representative Mrs. Kvetoslava Othova from the hospice Citadela. She has only had a very possitive feedback from previous similar kinds of projects therefore she is fully able to prepare convenient conditions for both the moduls of the basal stimulation. Hospice is one of those facilities which has already underwent the re-training process of IBS. The professional guarrantee of the project will be PhDr. Karolina Friedlova – the representative of the company IBS and also a professional guarrantee of the acredited educational programmes of the basal stimulation . The main benefits of the project are the experience with the use of the basal stimulation techniques according to individual client ´s needs, obtaining the international certificate valid in EU countries, approval of theoretical skills achieved during the educational process, information about the recent trends included in patient need satisfaction, making the student ´s position at the space stronger, higher acceptance of the students and the future graduates and also the possibility of influencing the way of nursing process in practice. The accomplishment of the project will have a significant influence on formation of motivated professionals. This will lead to re-evaluation of some nursing standards with the following establishment of the BS concept into all the fields of nursing practice. There they are required and will find the foundation in co-operation of all the nursing team members.
