"Unleash the music inside you - creative thinking about and around music" international youth exchange was the first of its kind undertaken by Foundation CampoSfera. The main objectives was to increase the involvement of rural youth in activities in international projects, building understanding and tolerance between young people from different countries and presenting music as a form of building creativity and creative thinking. The project has been attended by 20 young people aged 16-22 years, 5 teamlederas and the team of Foundation CampoSfera. The program balanced between the educational content and the integration process. During the project, young people have learnt the importance of rhythm and music in their lives, and how to make simple instruments with small financial input. They have also met with professional musicians and the local community. The project has been implemented with the use of active methods based on non-formal education (workshops in small groups, games, case studies, etc.). The project has developped creative thinking skills and understanding the cultural differences among youth. It has also explored innovative ideas.The youth exchange has contributed to the promotion of international youth meetings among the rural regions of Świętokrzyskie, Małopolskie (Lesser Poland) and Śląskie (Silesia)
