The purpose of the project "Ungdomkulturhavn" is to establish a permanent platform for dialogue between politicians and young people in Copenhagen, by starting a youth-driven part of the culture-festival "KulturHavn", which is held in Copenhagen every year. The seminar is meant to become a yearly event in Co-penhagen, where youngsters get the chance to discus youth policies with decision makers. During the planning process, the group will be assisted by a facilitator, who will guide and coach the group. The planning process will consist of several dialogue meetings and public hearings about the situation and wishes of youngsters in Copenhagen. It is expected that about 1.000 youngsters will participate in the project.The enitre project will run from July 1st 2009 to April 1st 2010. The seminar will take place from the 7th to the 9th of August 2009 in the habour area of Copenhagen.
