Youth unemployment is one of the biggest challenge of today’s Europe. We all are asking the same questions: How to provide youngsters a possibility to get so needed work experience? How to help young people find their first job? How to support young people all around Europe in creating own business and life opportunities?8 - days study Visit Unemployed vs. Employed Tour aims connect youth workers and leaders on side and group of unemployed young people from other side and provide them an opportunity to get more detail insight to the topic of youth unemployment as together develop new ideas and tools which can be used for fighting it. 3 in 1 is one of the mottos of the study visit. Why? To connect those who supposed to deal with young unemployment (step 1) with these who are currently unemployed (step 2), provide all of them a chance to experience practices and strategies in the participants countries (step 3) and together develop practical guideline targeting especially non-profit organizations and bringing tips and advices how to improve the situation in the field of youth unemployment.To support learning process range of methods based on non-formal education setting will be used: interactive presentations, group work in mix intercultural teams, audiovisual lectures, creative and brainstorming exercise. The study visit will connect 24 participants coming from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Albania, Serbia, Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro, Kosovo, Croatia, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Netherlands and Slovenia and will be host by Macedonian organization Kvantum.
