The project we've just presented you is part of the Lycée Jean Monnet's European Development Project which consists in "opening the Lycée to the world" , "developping the students' curiosity" and "reinforcing partnership". It aims at giving five teachers a wider mobility in order :- to improve their linguistic skills- to develop international relationships for our "Teaching Training Company ""Puydeslices"- to improve the teaching experience of the participants- to offer the Lycée's students wider horizons, especially in the linguistic and cultural fieldsWith the help of our partner SILC, three teachers will do a training session in the United Kingdom, one teacher in Ireland and one teacher in Spain. Thanks to it , they will be able to improve their linguistic skills and/or discover new teaching practices in their own field. The lycée will thus benefit from this mobility to enrich or strengthen the training choices they offer their students (European Section, possibility for the students to get a distinction on their diploma due to this mobility for the Baccalauréat Professionnel) and also to develop the European initiatives for them ( class activities, personnel projects in partnership with Europe ...).Our long term wish is to encourage other involvements in the Erasmus+ programme, wether staff's, students' or apprentices'. We also hope that this mobility will enable to increase among the Lycée the initiatives to open to Europe, which is one of our main objectives considering the category of students we welcome and the local context.
