A Powerful and improved country is possible with a person asking questions, searching solutions and discussing. In order to occur the person, the most important elements are basic information and abilities . To measure basic information and abilities means measuring learning outputs. Wıth the aim of increasing students’ success, viewing effects of education reforms, improving education system and increasing education quality, we have been in OECD as a founder country. Our country has attented the Project PISA evaluating students’ success at the level of international in 2003. According to 2003 and 2009 PISA results, our country showed a little improvement but we are still back of the OECD countries. Twelve people will participate in the project mobility.Three of them are school directors and nine of them are teachers in different branches. These teachers have been educated 4 years in university. Moreover, they have experience for 7 years in state schools. AIMS OF THE PROJECT * To provide experience with a different education system for teachers * To increase the number of teachers using technology very well in the education system * To provide opportunity in order to appear our teachers’ potentials * To change agenda items in group meeting by meeting curriculum according to acquiring informantion at the end of the Project and course in order to provide maximum benefits for students *To explain importance of foreign language education and acquisition. * To increase cultural awareness by viewing EU countries and their sociocultural features. * To create awareness of the importance of PISA results using by all of the countries for their education policies. * To aware of PISA success of FINLAND having reliable and continunous education reforms and focusing data in its reforms. With the Project ; * Participants will observe FINLAND education system and reasons of PISA success and compare education systems , view differences. These works are beneficial for their personal development. * This Project will provide information and experience for Ministry of Education. * Teachers will understand that Teachery is Professional job and they will improve as personally.. *Participants will feel and experience EU during the process of EU membership * Directiors will gain experience authority and leadership * Participants will familiarize other countries * Participants will have informations in order to use FATİH project actively and effectively. At the end of the Project, a booklet called ''New Face of New Turkey will be occured. It will include process of the Project, all of the information and experiences during the project.
