The application has two beneficiary groups: students and teachers of the Agricultural Vocational Schools in Tokaj and in Putnok. The students take part in Germany on a professional practice for tree purpose: the practical working, learning foreign language, and improving human qualities. An important aim is to increase labour-market value of our students, to help positioning in the learned professions. The sending schools are schools in the most disadvantaged area of Hungary. The unemployment rate is about 20-30%. 30-50% of the students are Roma. In Germany students learn and get professional and language skills, which they couldn´t get in Hungary. The project is planned to be implemented over two years, broken down by four groups with 6 students, total of 24 students. The internship duration is 11 weeks in agricultural companies. In addition, ten teachers want to organize a 12-day study trip to Estonia. The teacher's aims are discussing the achievements of the implementation of ECVET and discuss next steps for implementation; the exchange of experiences to continue education and training of disadvantaged pupils with special educational needs and methods. We identified ECVET certificates with two German partners. We would like to develop this also for the other eight workplaces. To do this, we are looking for professional consulting opportunities in Estonia. The selection of beneficiaries is carried out according to objective criteria. Candidates in both target groups should prepare a letter for motivation. The pupils then assess the professional and language skills. It evaluates and ranks, and on this basis the selection of the best in the committee consisting of teachers from vocational schools. The Committee's comments will be taken into consideration during language preparation of students. The preparation at home will have 30 hours of training, which is professional, linguistic, cultural and mental. In the case of teachers, subject teachers also listening to the Committee on the candidates and draw up a ranking. The decisions are made by the professional community work with the consent of the directors of the schools. We schedule 42 hours of preparation before departure teachers in the professional and language training. Professional groups create group leaders. The teams prepare in detail the topics to be processed out. The expected results of student internships illustrate the results of already completed internships. The students, who were in Germany earlier on internship have got very good workplaces. Written certificates of the German employers are well evidenced. The professional development of vocational teachers at home weighed and classified. The rating is good for everyone, and it was excellent. The teachers also reported good results on the basis of language tests after returning home. The best, however, is that fulfilled the practice of foreign students get a chance on a double success in the profession. This survey demonstrated numerically. The teachers will develop their professional and linguistic point during the preparation for the project. The professional way is the daily meetings deepen this knowledge, their skills. And this should be done in a foreign language, that language development is clear. The project closing ceremony evaluates the work done and allocates the Europass Mobility and other documents recognition practices. At this conference has a certificate in accordance ECVET documents also will be distributed. All participants and German partners, parents, visitors, younger students, staff Tempus, the local press and television will be invited to the conference. This is followed by accounting, valuation, preparation of financial statements of professional, multi-channel publication of the results. We emphasize that the European Union's support of the project was carried out within the framework of the Erasmus + program. The results are shown on the website of the participating schools. Short-term effects of the project on the participants, who act through the results they achieved in his professional knowledge and language skills, personal and professional relationships. The long-term impact on the participants realized through international relations. A school teacher's departure will affect the long-term development of education and educational goals, as well as recognition of ECVET to extend the practice abroad. The international network is clearly useful for the persons involved, institutions, and settlements.
