The idea of this project came to us some years ago when our children's choir took part of a musical in Lapland. There we realized how important it is to know and pass on your national culture. Another part of that project was working as a team and this is the second thing we want to achieve. To share our emotions and experience with others we decided to found a youth stage which was completed in the autumn of 2008. After this we came back to the idea to stage a musical ourselves on our new stage in Kose with the members of children's and youth choir and other local youngsters in the summer of 2009. The project will last 5 months all together-from May to September and we have planned to give 4 plays. Through this we want to give young people a chance to show their creativity. Among others we want to engage disabled children and those who have problems with behavior and studying. As we need people with different skills to put this project together it a good chance to give everyone a chance to prove that they are as same as everyone else. Our project will help the participants to improve socially, get to know themselves better and increase their self-confidence through all the new experience of teamwork.
