The first training was realised in cooperation with the Spanish partner - Esmovia - which organised for its participants vocational placements in logistic companies located in Valencia. The second training was held within the cooperation with Fortbildungsakademie der Wirtschaft (FAW) gGmbH in Zwickau in modern equipped internet labs and workshops placed in the Centre of Vocational Training. The third training was organised within cooperation with the IPF company in Malaga. Placements took place in small and medium enterprises dealing with electronics, information technology and mechatronics in Malaga and the nearby area. The main aim of the project was for the students of technical school to get their first professional experience in international environment, to rise the quality of vocational education, acquaint additional skills concerning professional competence and mobility. During the training participants got acquainted with working conditions in developed countries of the United Europe, economic rules of enterprises functioning, work management and technologies used in companies. The training was a verification of their theoretical knowledge learnt at school and a precious lesson of independence. During the training students broadened their content-related knowledge in their professions, got the skills in the field of job management and technique, shaped practical skills according to the programme. An important aspect for the participants in training abroad was their practical usage of language skills. The training also influenced their personal development by rising their self-esteem and increased the chances of employment and participation in European labour market. Training abroad enabled students to learn the culture and customs of the host countries. It also had influence on participants consciousness concerning other cultures and countries, creating 'active citizenship', development of European membership and identity. Each participant got a certificate confirming their participation in training abroad, skills achieved and assessment of their tasks. The assessment was based on the observations and remarks of the training tutors. It was the base for the final grades in a school subject named 'vocational training'. The certificate Europass Mobility is also a confirmation of the skills achieved . This document is an additional benefit for the process of vocational training. Training abroad was more valuable than similar one in homeland as it allowed the students to get acquainted with the professional environment and work culture in other European country. Participants will be better prepared to enter the labour market and to lead their career more consciously. It should be stated that the project's assumptions were realised. The level and range of the training do not rise any reservations.
